Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 18 March 2026  ·  Effective: 18 March 2026

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, confirming enrolment, or attending a programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrolment.

Our programmes are available to individuals aged 18 and above who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Thailand.

3. Nature of Our Services

Narai Boon provides educational programmes in personal finance for adults aged 40 and above. All content delivered in our sessions is educational in nature and is intended to improve participants' general financial knowledge and confidence.

Our programmes do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice. Nothing communicated by our instructors or contained in our materials should be treated as a recommendation to take any specific financial action. Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional for advice tailored to their individual circumstances.

4. Enrolment and Registration

Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from Narai Boon. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

Programme places are limited. Confirmation of a place is subject to availability at the time of payment.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Course Fees

Current programme fees are as follows:

All fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of all materials provided during the programme.

5.2 Payment Methods

Payment instructions are provided upon confirmation of your enquiry. We accept bank transfer to our registered Thai bank account. Payment must be received in full before the first session of your enrolled programme.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 Cancellation by Participant

If you need to cancel your enrolment, please notify us in writing at [email protected] as early as possible. The following applies:

6.2 Missed Sessions Within a Multi-Session Programme

For programmes comprising multiple sessions (such as the Sandwich Generation programme), participants who miss a session may request a carry-over to the next intake of the same programme, subject to availability. Missed sessions do not entitle participants to a partial refund.

6.3 Cancellation by Narai Boon

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. We will not be liable for any additional costs you may incur as a result of such cancellation.

7. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and other participants throughout all sessions. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful, without entitlement to a refund.

Personal financial information shared by other participants during group discussions is shared in confidence and must not be disclosed outside the session.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during Narai Boon programmes — including worksheets, guides, and reference documents — are the intellectual property of Narai Boon. Participants may use these materials for their own personal purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any programme materials without our written permission is not permitted.

9. Disclaimers

Our programmes are provided on an "as is" basis for educational purposes. While we take care to ensure accuracy, financial regulations and market conditions change, and we make no representation that all information provided will be current or complete at all times.

We do not endorse, recommend, or accept responsibility for any financial product, platform, or service mentioned or discussed during our programmes. Any references to specific platforms or products are made purely for educational illustration.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Narai Boon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in our programmes or reliance on our educational content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand. We encourage participants to contact us informally in the first instance to resolve any concerns before initiating formal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued enrolment in or attendance at our programmes following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
