Rooted in Bangkok, Focused on Adults

Narai Boon was founded on a straightforward idea: adults who have been managing money for decades deserve educational support that treats them as the experienced, capable people they are.

Our Story

How Narai Boon Came to Be

Narai Boon was established in 2018 by a small group of educators and financial practitioners who had spent years working with adults navigating mid-life money decisions. What they kept encountering was a gap — people who were capable and thoughtful, but who had simply never had a structured opportunity to examine their financial habits and options in a calm, supportive setting.

The name Narai Boon (นารายณ์บุญ) carries a sense of careful providence — the idea that good outcomes tend to follow careful, considered action. That spirit shapes everything we do: our course content, our classroom culture, and the relationships we build with participants over time.

We operate from a dedicated learning space in Ratchathewi, a central Bangkok district that is easy to reach. Over the years, several hundred adults have sat in our rooms and left with a clearer picture of their financial lives — not because we told them what to do, but because we gave them the tools and context to figure it out themselves.

Our Mission

To provide clear, contextually relevant financial education for adults aged 40 and above in Thailand — content that respects lived experience, acknowledges real complexity, and helps people make more considered financial decisions in their own lives.

Our Approach

We teach in small groups, use Thai examples and regulations, and keep sessions conversational rather than lecture-based. Our educators are experienced practitioners — not just theorists — and every programme is reviewed annually to keep content current.

What Guides Us

Values We Actually Work From

Respect for Experience

Adults aged 40 bring decades of real-world context. We build on that rather than talking over it.

Honest Balance

We present topics with nuance — acknowledging trade-offs, complexity, and the limits of any single approach.

Local Relevance

Our content is anchored in Thailand — local regulations, local markets, and locally relevant examples throughout.

Open Conversation

Questions are always welcome. We favour open discussion over one-way presentations, at every session.

Standards We Hold

How We Keep Quality Consistent

Every programme at Narai Boon is shaped by standards we developed over years of working directly with adult learners.

Annual Content Review

Every programme module is reviewed each year against current Thai regulations, market conditions, and learner feedback to ensure continued relevance.

Capped Group Sizes

No session runs with more than ten participants. We keep groups small to maintain conversation quality and ensure every person can engage meaningfully.

No Conflicts of Interest

Our instructors do not sell financial products and receive no commissions. Content recommendations are purely educational, with no hidden commercial purpose.

Participant Confidentiality

Personal financial situations shared during sessions are treated with complete discretion. Participant information is never shared with third parties.

Post-Session Feedback

Every programme concludes with a structured feedback process. Participant responses shape the next iteration of each course directly.

Ongoing Instructor Development

Our educators regularly attend industry events, regulatory briefings, and adult learning forums to stay current and bring fresh perspective to every session.

Financial Education for Adults in Bangkok, Thailand

Narai Boon operates as a dedicated adult financial education centre in central Bangkok, serving participants from across the city and from neighbouring provinces. Our programmes draw on the specific regulatory and market environment of Thailand — covering SEC-regulated platforms, domestic banking products, and the practical realities of household budgeting in Bangkok's distinct economic context.

Adults between 40 and 65 often face a distinct set of financial questions — balancing obligations to older and younger generations, reconsidering assumptions formed in earlier decades, and navigating an increasingly complex landscape of digital platforms alongside traditional options. Our programmes address these questions directly, without oversimplifying or overloading.

The centre is registered in Thailand and maintains alignment with guidelines issued by the Bank of Thailand and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand where content touches on regulated financial topics. We take our responsibility as educators seriously and make no claims beyond the scope of education.
